Music Inspires

Miri is a Good-Will Ambassador of Music to the United Nations. she believes that music has the power to connect, unite, and make our world a better place, also called “Tikun Ola'm” in the Jewish tradition. Miri has created musical compositions that carry timeless messages, and feature the voices of iconic leaders such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela. Being a third generation to Holocaust survivors, she has devoted her time to promote the message of tolerance and “Never Forget”. Her latest music project Afrostringz is another manifestation of fusion and harmony between cultures.

Miri’s music video “Symphony of Brotherhood” (ft Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.) caught the attention of First Lady Michelle Obama, who invited Miri to the White House to perform and be honored with a “Remarkable Woman” for creating music to inspire.

 

Music to inspire - Adom Olam

Being Jewish and third-generation Holocaust survivors impacted Miri’s work. “God almighty when will it end?” is one of a kind Hip-Hop collaboration between Miri Ben-Ari and Israeli artist Subliminal, dedicated to the Jewish Holocaust and part of Gedenk’s creative campaign.

Founded by Miri Ben-Ari with a mission to promote awareness about the Jewish Holocaust and education for tolerance to the youth .
